Pala Management Association was formed in the year 2016 under the initiative of a group of highly committed professionals having exposure and expertise in a variety of management disciplines. With the untiring efforts and guidance of experts like Late Prof. Tharakan, Sri V. S. Radhakrishnan and Engineer Rajendra Prasad, it was formally registered in the year 2017 after acquiring enough membership in the relevant categories.

We have become an affiliate of the All India Management Association (AIMA), in the year 2019 after meeting a stringent set of requirements and successful auditing by AIMA officials



TARGET AREAS

Students, Business Community, Farmers & General Public

Currently we operate out of our registered office at Pala (Puliyannoor) and have a membership strength of 80 Professional members, 22 Life members and 7 Corporate members. The affairs of the association are looked after by a twenty one-member executive committee and the day-to-day administration is handled by a team of officers headed by it’s president.

PMA conducts regular management development and other awareness programs for the benefit of it’s focal audience of Professional Students, Businessmen Community, Farmers and General Public.

PRIMARY OBJECTIVES

Besides several other objectives, the most important ones are:

To promote education and training in industrial administration and Business management through the exchange of knowledge, experience and ideas of sound management principles and practices.

To stimulate thought and effort towards the development and management move by providing appropriate forum for discussion of subjects of common interest to Management to arrange lectures, conferences, round tables, symposia, seminars, demonstrations and visits.

To provide opportunities and facilities for Management studies, discussion, and training by co-operation with educational and research institutions for.

developing courses of instruction in Industrial Administration and Business Management and disseminating useful knowledge in allied subjects.
